To be honest, Fantine had a great voice - I just liked her the least of the cast 'cos of the trembly in her voice.

I've noticed that it's easy to get good Valjean and Javert in a production - Enjolras is usually good, as is Eponine, but it seems more difficult to get a good Marius and Cosette.
