You don't have to have a rationale for feeling depressed. Sometimes it just happens. Just because your life doesn't feel as awful as other people's doesn't mean that this isn't real and painful for you. Those of us dealing with extraordinarily suck-filled lives right now DO NOT have a monopoly on pain and stress. I almost wish we did -- that would cut everyone else a break.
