Boots!

Interview was fine and the agent was chatty, but once I got out, I was so tired, I nearly fell asleep on the train home several times. You know when the person in front of you is nodding off, and you see their head hit a certain point and jerk back up again? That was me on the train home today.

Lunch with saramund was fine, even thought she wasn't feeling too good. *pets* I don't think I'll be needing dinner tonight.

And, as the kicker: I have boots! Knee-high boots that fit, OMG! Since I have size 7 feet and small ankles, but big calves, it's impossible to find boots that fit! And I found boots! (Payless Shoes, George St, Wynyard!) Plus, I got the second pair half-price!

What's a ficathon? You request a fic and you write a fic by a deadline. Six weeks to write 1000 words. (It's due at the end of June or something.)

And I like Teyla. I don't necessarily think she & Sheppard are an otp, but she's fun and I love it when she lets out her inner snark.

Alas that I rarely read fanfic anymore. It just doesn't seem to have the thrill it used to. :(
