why, yes, I am a dork...

For some reason, I have it in my brain that the term "habeas corpus" means "has corpse" - as in "have corpse, will travel". (No, I don't know who travels with a corpse, it's just a phrase that comes to mind. Yes, I'm weird - you only just noticed this?)

Yay for Australia Day. It means I get a day of vegetation and trying to make my stories work. And, apparently, housecleaning, and probably a lot of screaming at B2, whose mess is already making inroads (the parentals haven't even been moved out a week yet, and half their stuff is still here while they get the house finished up).

In case you haven't noticed, a lot of us could probably match you on the weird factor. ;)

I'm sorry I haven't been around lately. I'm student teaching now, which means early bedtimes that don't exactly correspond with Australian timezones.

Of topic: the pachelbell canon youtube vid you posted a link to was HILARIOUS. And kinda sums up EXACTLY how I feel about it (I played it YET AGAIN at a wedding past Saturday).

*giggles*

Oh, that was mad.

Pachebel keeps following me,
I'll see you in hell, Pachebel!

The most disturbing thing about it was that I could name the title and artist of all the songs he threw out. Woah!
