New Year's Day

So, I welcomed the new year:

• with a cold in the middle of summer during my only holiday for the next 9 months,
• exhausted from lack of sleep,
• with the Red Tide and all its attendant agony.

Let's hope the year gets better, eh?

I'm heading in to the city to meet with some BPAL folks later on today.
