on the job front...

Just had a chat with my supervisor.

I'm now contracted to work here until I go away in October! (I suspected, but it's nice to know.)

They're asking me to take on a few new technology thingies that they're either installing or looking to install, which gains me experience in those areas and makes another line on my resume.

And, finally, they're going to start running a little low on work in mid-July, so they've actually asked if I want to take some time off in late July. Or odd days here and there to travel around and see the area.

...oddly enough, I don't have a problem with that.

Now, my only concern is my kitty cat and whether I can find a place that will let me have a cat in the house.

And now that that's sorted out, I need to work out what I'm going to have for lunch...

Yeah. They're not 'pay problems' at all - I'm 'up to date' in being paid - they're just paying me for work I did three weeks ago...
