...and, apparently, my mother as well.
I left the lights on for my youngest sister to see by when she got home.
She didn't.
At 4:30am I woke up, spotted the outside light still on and realised B2 is not home. PANIC STATIONS!!
After checking her bed and looking for her car, I call her mobile. She's around at the parentals' house finishing off a schoolwork plan for her students because herbastard slavedriver of a supervisor insists that she have a detailed lesson plan set out by today, or he'll fail her probationary period.
I swear, I lost at least five years in those two minutes. And now I have to sit around at work for my last day at this contract and try to avoid falling asleep.
You know, on your last day somewhere, you're either running around like mad chook or bored as heck. Guess which one today is gonna be?
