I was booked for a course on the 19th-20th September with the UNSW for software training. It got booked out and they asked if I wanted to transfer to the 4th-5th October, two weeks later. Okay, a bit longer than I liked, but fine, okay.

I've just received an email to say that they haven't processed my payment fro the 4th-5th October and now that date is all booked out - would I like to go on the 16th-17th October instead?

Turns out that they didn't process the payment for the 4th-5th when I said: "book me in for those dates" - ie. PROCESS THE BLOODY PAYMENT!

Ergo. I have another two weeks to wait to do this course that I need to actually start working with this piece of software. And I was going to use this to gain me some income in the next couple of weeks.

Looks like it's back to secretarial work for the next fortnight.

STUPID BUREAUCRACY.

*sigh*

Gah, how frustrating! It always happens when it's important doesn't it? I bet if you didn't need this course till next year it would all have gone perfectly smoothly. *kicks stupid training peoples*

*pats* That bites.

Bureaucracy is just another way to spell 'jobs for the terminally mediocre'.

Oh, and icon-love!

Heh. Adam Hughes art of Emma Frost. He has a pic of Emma and Jean Grey which I used Emma for the icon.

I would have used Jean as an icon if it wasn't for the fact that Emma is standing in front of her and blocking part of her hair and shoulder.

He's also my favourite artist for drawing Wonder Woman.

I don't have time for comics, but I love the art. Even if most of the women have 'pnumatic breast syndrome'.
