Thanks for writing my Yuletide story!
If you're wondering what to write me, my suggestions are: gen with plot and focus on the women.
I'd really love something with plot that still touches on the relationships between the characters - I don't think that any kind of interaction occurrs in a vacuum. I don't want slash. I can't remember precisely what I asked for anymore, but I'm pretty sure I specified that I didn't want slash. Since my het preferences are generally unpopular, you're probably best off staying in gen and going for the plot angle, but not leaving out the friendships or interactions between the characters - particularly those between the male and female characters.
As a general rule, I prefer stories that focus on the female characters. I particularly like women who are capable and can handle crises, who don't break down and panic when things go bad, who think things through, and (occasionally) have to lay out the smackdown or kick some serious ass to get things working.
Hopefully that's not too difficult an order to fill - I can't wait to find out what you're writing for me!
