seldearMy family has been quite lucky today - both my sister and I won the Melbourne Cup $1 office sweeps on the "wait, what? what name was that? I didn't even know it was running" horse - the one that wasn't mentioned in the Sydney Morning Herald Melb Cup article as even having odds.
AHAHAHAHAHA!
And the supreme irony? Neither of us watched the race - I didn't because I wasn't particularly enamoured of the race and the kerfuffle around it, and she thought it started half an hour after the time specified on the email and turned up after the race was run.
So I bought a $100mil lottery ticket on the way home. Why not? :D
