And yes, two days in and I'm on target for NaNo. Threw over an old story and started a new one, plus adding to Crackfic Of Doom in 500 word bunches. I'll finish it one of these years.

Hmm, should be getting writing done now rather than later.

Anyone have an opinion on the new 'Pride and Prejudice'? Other than 'He's no Colin Firth', please!

Pride and Prejudice - Kiera&Co version

Saw it with my mother, mostly enjoyed. Nice cinematography, an interesting 'rougher' interpretation of the society, Kiera Knightley and Matthew McFadyen did good jobs with their roles, and there were a few familiar faces in the cast.

( no spoilers, but under a cut for brevity )

On the whole, I'd tell fans of Knightley and McFadyen to go see it, and tell anyone else to watch it with the proverbial grain of salt.

I'll post something longer in a few days. My brain is not up to the task of processing it all out right now.
