Anyone know anything about Adobe Pagemaker?

I have a phone interview for a job in an hour and need to do some quick reading up on the topic.

Ever used Quark XPress? Same general idea of page layout for desktop publishing purposes.

Have just read through the Adobe Pagemaker sales page. Moderately helpful.

I should edit it to say I want people's opinions on it and all the bits and pieces of how they find it goes.

Ah, okay. I used it for a bit a couple years ago; it seemed fairly intuitive and a lot like Adobe Pagemill (an HTML editor), for obvious reasons. There's a little toolbox like in Photoshop with tools to make text boxes, insert graphics, make boxes around blocks of text, etc.

Wow, I'm so helpful. ;)

Helpful enough: that's all I need... And the link that Rob provided below. :)

It's ok, but a bit out of date. InDesign is its younger, sexier sister that always puts out.

Hey, you lay out enough with them, and you'll say the same thing. ;)
