Had a family friend come to visit, who hasn't seen me in a good 5-6 years.

She said she remembered me slimmer.

I remember me slimmer, too. :(

I've found that sometimes (depending on how large the reception is) it might help to take your dinner around the room and eat it that way.

Just don't, you know, faint or anything. 'Cos that would be bad.
