Right. Last round of organising - can you let me know that all/most/a little is okay? Specify dates now because I have to book my flights this week sometime.

2nd July - WeddingCon!
3rd July - fly back to Sydney (straight to HK?)

?th - 7th July - in HK, with Dad

8th-14th July - fly into Manchester, take train to Nottingham, stay with angelsasha (*smooches*)

15th-17th July - fly/train/bus to London stay with HA, bemoan fact that SGA 2.01 screens and I'm not in the US to watch it

18th-20th July - generally stay/bum around London, meet up with hwcarnage, sleekuk, and meeshyickle if at all possible.

21st-27th July - fly into Chicago for squeecon with many, many peeps!

28th-31st July - fly down to Arkansas to stay with lytarules

1st-6th August - fly up to DC to meet with gwemegil and celsitude (and celebrate my birthday while we're at it!)

7th-?th August - fly into Vegas and meet Lola, head down to the Grand Canyon with the gals, back into Vegas for the HW con, and drive back to Nebraska/Kansas with sjhw_tolerance and sky_diver119

?th-21st August - Kansas with sky_diver119

22nd August - Oakley, CA and ballgame with allisnow. Resist urge to sing Australian national anthem when they rise to "sing the national anthem" at start of ballgame. (They do, don't they?)

23rd-25th August - staying with tv_elf in Bay Area, San Fran - go hunting some niiiiiice food.

26th-31st August - staying with Lola in Sacramento

1st-6th September - staying with ruchilamba in LA.

Take rest of September off to recover from the jet lag!

Yes, I'm gonna be zonked.

ps. Sydney peeps? Slide show/photo day/night on either the 10th or 17th Sept. Would love to see you!

I was thinking that if we could get everyone able to make it to the Bay Area out for dinner on Friday or Saturday night, then I could be handed over, rather like the metaphorical sack of potatoes. Saturday maybe?

8th - 14th July is fine. I'll book annual leave for Friday 8th when you arrive and Friday 15th when you leave. Other than that, I'd like to book maybe another two days off work when you're staying but I'm not too bothered which days. Is dannylurks going to be around on any weekdays? It would be nice to arrange it so you have company on most/all days when you're here. Unless you want peace & quiet, that is!

Anyway, I can book leave with a week's notice if necessary so it doesn't need sorting out right away but it's something to think about.

I'm expecting to be around all that week - weekdays included. Hubby and I work from home, so I can arrange my time to suit myself. Barring emergencies and suchlike I should be available any day that week. Personally, I'd prefer to arrange to see Sel on a weekday - it fits in with us better. :-)
