Hmmm, well... Yes, they are similar. Set after the final battle, the only person who can talk to Harry is Luna. But they differ in the fine print somewhat. In your fic, Harry hasn't been figting for everyone else, he's been fighting for himself and for hope. The way he feels is somewhat different. In the other fic, there's a more emphasis on a romantic relationship between Harry and Luna than there is in yours.
If what you're really asking is whether you have been plagiarised, I'm not sure.
Anyone who reads HP is bound to have considered how it's going to end and what the aftermath will be. Harry is a loner, we all know that, so he's likely to want to be alone when it's over. Luna is strange and seems to have a calming effect on Harry and a lot of people are interested in what sort of relationship they could have. In canon Luna has been able to talk to Harry when he was in a bad state of mind so it's probably common thought that she would be the only person able to approach him when it's all over.
Similar? Yes. The same? No. Possibly a common fic scenario? Yes. Plagiarised? I couldn't say.
It was fairly obvious that it wasn't plagiarism, and I wasn't planning to call the author on it. It just seemed...very similar. Including the whole 'looking into the sun' thing.
I just wanted to check that it wasn't my imagination.

Does that help?
