I don't agree with everything he (or the commenters) have to say, but it's damned interesting to read all the same. And while it does descend into pomposity and intellectualism (psuedo- or not), I don't think there've been any flamewars. Although the one on 'denigrating Christian values' comes pretty darned close at 120 comments.

You think that place gets wanky and pseudointellectual at times, you should read through Polemica some time. Also a great site, but occasionally drops into contests of who can make the most references to old-school leftism.
