The top is complete!

Now the really difficult part: finding someone who can do the actual quilting for me by the end of August.

I really love the design and style of this one. I like the bold colours and patterns - they so pretty! But this is going as a present, and I must be resolute! (I can always make myself one later, I suppose...)

Mind you, you have no idea how long I fretted over which colours to mix and match, or how to position the blocks so the colours were nicely balanced out with each other!

True, I don't. :) But however long you fretted, in the end, it was your eye, and your sense of balance you relied on, so I'll stick to my guns, and say that you have wonderful eye for color, and a fantastic sense of balance. *covetting sigh for the pretty, pretty quilt top, or at the very least, your artisticness*
