No matter what the muse says, 12:30am is not a good time to make like the Mogwai and turn into Gremlins. I am not feeding you after midnight, truly, I'm not. And yet, you persist in developing a sudden rabid taste for my thought processes in the wee sma' hours of the morning, when I should be safely abed.
This is not on, do you hear me? NOT ON!
