sharim's wedding!
Going to see a whole bunch of old SG1 S/J fans, hang out with friends (i just typed 'fiends', which they are, too) and have a grand old time with some oldtime S/Jers!
...although her quilt is still not finished. Um, and neither issuds_from_aus' - well, the top's done, I just haven't been able to get it out to be quilted! *is embarrassed* Hopefully Christmas if the quilter's load isn't too much.
(curious thought of the day: "that's so gay" is an insult; what about "a gay old time" - a la the Flintstones' old themesong?)

Date: 2010-10-29 05:38 pm (UTC)As to your curious, 'Gay old time' is a different meaning of the word, as in, it doesn't mean 'homosexual' in that context, so no, it's not insulting in context. HOWEVER it can be used inapporopriately or insensitively, in my opinion.
