Writing In Twilight

I believe strongly in the need to give a voice to those who might otherwise have difficult expressing or defending themselves.

There's a bill of rights on the federal parliamentary table in Australia: a document that defends, preserves, and protects basic human rights.

No wonder nobody stays married these days. Working out the problems, issues, and temper tantrums of two wholly different individuals with their own personality, will, and desires is the hardest work that anyone will ever have to do and most people don't bother - or think that because it's difficult that they're in the wrong relationship or have the wrong person.

People seem to think of love (or life) as an ocean into which you fall and float like a balloon on a blue-green, tropical sea. My observation would be that it's more like climbing a mountain: hard work, upwards all the way, but the view is incredible and completely worth the effort.

Hell, I know relationships are work and I'm not even married!
