Someone's photographed every page of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows from beginning to end and put it up on torrents.

If you want to remain unspoiled, I suggest you be very sure that the people and communities on your reading f-list are thoughtful of spoilers, because sooner or later, someone's going to post spoilers in a public place just to be a wanker.

I'm still hoping to remain unspoilered when I read the book on Saturday (9am handout - for once, timezones rock!) but if I have to take a watergun along to shoot any brat who gets their book and starts yelling out spoilers, I will!

You too?! My mother's family is holding one as well, but thankfully I'm not required to go along as it's all the distant relatives that I've never met in my life and that my mother doesn't even know properly.

Ha! There are many people at mine that I'm looking forward to seeing. But still, there's a little bit of "family members ... Harry Potter ... family members ... Harry Potter ... decisions, decisions." :)

Such a tough one. ;) I told my mother that if she dragged me along, I'd be the most miserable excuse for a human being on the planet because I'd either still be reading the book or I'd be in a grief-induced coma or something.

Hee! I'm fully expecting at least one of the kids at the reunion to be in a corner reading. And I will have to threaten them with Very Bad Things if they spill a word of what happens.
