quilting question

seldearLife is kinda quiet right now. Still applying for jobs, although it looks like they're going farther afield...again. There's a couple of months' contract in Brisvegas going. Not exactly happy about that. It would wreck church, bible study, writing group, and hockey - which is pretty much the entirety of my social life, such as it is - but if I can hold a job for three months...it's something, anyway. And it would get me back on my feet.
Think of it as working in San Francisco while living in LA.
Ah well, I'd have to get the job first.
Anyway, my first scrap quilt:
Made from the leftovers of fabrics I've used in other quilts, it's looking pretty good... Except that I feel like it needs more yellow, bright green, and hot pink. But that could just be me. Thoughts?

Date: 2012-02-18 09:50 am (UTC)And yes, it's open on Sundays from...11 to 3pm I think. It's a short window, but if we don't find what we want, we can always hie off to either Top Ryde or Belrose, both of which have fabric store alternatives.
